Our Favorite Forts... So Far: $1000 #FortOnFleek Challenge

We've seen some amazing submissions so far for the $1000 #FortOnFleek Challenge! The competition is heating up (literally, someone built a fort over a hot tub). We can't wait to see what you have in store for the challenge. Here's some inspiration to get you going:

1. A Fort in the Stars

This amazing fort, built by Sadge Tillema, will have you in the sky. This fort is creatively decorated to replicate the tops of tree at night. The walls of the fort are lined with a unique tree/leaf pattern that are visited by birds. The structure is lined with lights and entrance lined with glowing stars. This is the perfect fort for any stargazer. Inside lie all the necessities to relax and take in the view: camera (make that two cameras), pillows, blankets, and your favorite book. 2. Bohemian Water Fort

Jessica built this fort over a hot tub! Enough said... wait, there's more. With walls of tapestries and trees, this fort utilized natural elements to take it to the next level. This fort is filled with plants, flowers, beads, pillows, blankets, the list goes on and on. All in all, this is the perfect place to grab some shade on a hot summer day. Well done!

3. Dreamy Tree Fort

While not hunkered in the branches of the tree, this amazing fort re-imagines what it means to build a tree fort! Built into the natural landscape, Brigitta centered this fort around the base of the tree and used its limbs and branches to not only support the walls but act as a roof! She used bright green fabrics and a Persian rug to match the colors of the outdoors. Candles, dream-catchers, and hanging lights make this the perfect fort to hangout in all day into night. 4. Heavenly Fort
